The Hirayama HICLAVE HG-80 is an advanced 85L floor-standing autoclave designed for efficient and safe sterilization. It features an automatic lid opening button to replace the conventional foot pedal and an automatic lid closing button for convenience. Its safety interlock prevents the lid from opening during cycles, ensuring safety when the chamber is pressurized or at high temperatures. The programmable auto-start can delay the start of a cycle by 1 to 99 hours. A large and efficient 15-liter steam condenser prevents steam from exhausting into the lab, complemented by a built-in cooling fan for rapid post-sterilization cooling. Users can select the rate of steam venting post-sterilization and program the air removal time before sterilization begins. Up to twelve program cycles can be stored for easy recall.

The HG-80 boasts a large control and display panel, enhancing functionality and cycle progress visibility.
