Ohaus EX6201N Explorer Precision Balance
Introducing the OHAUS Explorer® Series EX6201N Precision Balance - a paradigm of intelligence, intuition, and ingeniously practical design. Expanding on its contemporary features, the Explorer series offers exceptional functionality, setting new standards in the high-performance balance market.
Intelligent Performance: The EX6201N features optimized linearity and repeatability specifications, and state-of-the-art vibration filtering for enhanced balance stability. Its intelligent calibration system, AutoCal, performs daily automatic calibration, ensuring consistent, reliable accuracy. This calibration system self-adjusts based on detected temperature changes or at intervals between 3-11 hours, based on user configuration. A traditional external calibration option is also available. Coupled with a 3x3 filtering setup for fast, stable weighing results, these features ensure precision, efficiency, and improved throughput.
The EX6201N also offers superior shock, spill, and splash resistance, protecting the balance from disruptions and accidental damages, thereby increasing the longevity of the device. The 2-D Protection guards the balance against sudden movements and the IP54 base enclosure shields the weighing base from debris and accidental spills.
Intuitive Operation: A large, color, touch-screen display and icon-driven application software featuring 14 unique application modes make the EX6201N the most user-friendly, advanced balance in its class. The display can be adjusted at three different angles for optimal viewing.
Ingenious Design: The EX6201N sports a modular design, separating the base from the display for maximum workspace flexibility. The draftshield models isolate the weighing chamber, enhancing stability and speed, while providing easy accessibility through top-mounted side doors or a versatile top door that flips or slides open.
Practical Features: This model features up to four user-programmable touchless sensors to minimize cross-contamination and reduce wear and tear. The EX6201N meets or exceeds the Class I or II accuracy requirements in accordance with NIST Handbook 44 and Canada's Weights and Measures Regulations.
