The Motic BA310E Elite Phase Contrast Microscope is a premium instrument designed for clinical, university, and institutional applications. Equipped with a full set of phase contrast objectives (10x, 40x, and 100x oil immersion), it offers exceptional clarity and versatility for advanced imaging needs. Its inward-facing quintuple objective turret accommodates CCIS EC Plan Achromat objectives, including a standard 4x lens, enabling a total magnification range of 40x to 1000x. Siedentopf high eyepoint widefield 10x eyepieces with independent diopter adjustments and a 30° inclined trinocular observation tube ensure ergonomic and precise observations. The trinocular port features a professional light distribution slider (100:0/20:80), making it ideal for simultaneous viewing and imaging.
Designed for durability and functionality, the BA310E features a rackless rectangular mechanical stage with a hard-coated surface for abrasion and fungus resistance, while low-positioned coaxial control knobs enable precise specimen positioning. The T-shaped base and pyramid-designed frame enhance stability and conserve workspace. A fine and coarse focusing system ensures precise adjustments with a vertical movement range of 25mm and fine focus increments as small as 2 µm. Illumination options include a 6V/30W halogen light or LED illumination with built-in intensity control, delivering exact Koehler illumination for various applications. Anti-fungus treatments on all critical components ensure long-term optical performance, while a five-year warranty (excluding electrical parts) provides peace of mind.
