Does my Purchase Qualify for Free Shipping?
Marshall Scientific now offers free shipping within the continental United States on over 70% of our products. Qualifying items display "This product ships for FREE!" on their product pages above the Qty and Add to Cart options. At checkout, be sure to choose the UPS Ground option for free shipping. To receive free shipping, all items in your purchase must qualify. If you wish to make a purchase including items without free shipping, please make separate transactions to ensure you receive free shipping where applicable.
When Do We Ship Products?
We ship items as soon as possible; however, these processing times may vary dependent upon specific condition and availability of selected items. Turnaround is typically less than a week, however could take up to two weeks before shipment. Please contact Marshall Scientific for specific processing and shipping time estimates.

Where and How Do We Ship Products?

All purchases made from Marshall Scientific are shipped from our warehouse in Hampton, New Hampshire. Shipments are made via UPS for continental USA delivery and via either UPS or USPS for non-continental USA and international delivery. We are happy to provide shipping estimates upon request. Buyers may also make arrangements for purchase pickup via their own preferred carrier.

When are Products Freighted?

Any product that weighs over 125 pounds and/or is too large to fit in a shipping box will be shipped via freight. All freight shipments are delivered through a national freight/moving company directly to your loading dock. If your facility does not have a loading dock or the ability to remove a pallet from a dock-height truck, please ask for additional assistance before purchasing. Most of our freight shipments are crated with ¼” plywood and will require a hand drill for uncrating.

How We Protect Your Purchase.

All Marshall Scientific shipments will be packaged to best protect the equipment during shipment and are insured via delivery carrier. Shipping and handling costs will be charged to the buyer and included in accompanying invoices.

Upon delivery, be sure to inspect the contents of the shipment to ensure there is no loss or damage. In the case of loss or damage, please contact Marshall Scientific and keep damaged material, original packaging, and packing slip for verification.
